The Company was formed in the year 1995. Currently having its own office at 337/5A, Diamond Harbor Road, Kolkata– 700 034, it currently employs five full time and two contractual technical staff along with three office assistants. The proprietor of the company is Mr. Debjit Adhikari, a 1986 graduate architect from Bengal Engineering College. The company also enjoys the services of associate architect, Mr. Abhishek Bose, a postgraduate in urban design from Jadavpur University. Mr. Susanto Saha (ME), is the structural consultant for the company along with civil engineers Mr. Sujit Saha.

The company is involved in designing and supervision of building construction works and has completed the execution of more than 300 buildings in the city of Kolkata. The different category of buildings range from apartment buildings, nursing homes, factory buildings, office buildings, housing complex and private residential bungalows.
